Why was the Human Centipede 2 banned?

I saw the first one but I heard the second one is banned some places?
Why is that?  Don't say stuff like "it was too gross blah blah blah",
obviously its gonna be gross but could you provide like actual

What's it like when an American band goes overseas for a concert?

Like, they speak in English, right? So I can't help but wonder what
that would be like...
I listen to some K-Pop and Italian bands and I can only pick up a few
words... but the beat is good and that's why I like it.
mman18; Well, obviously they sing in English. But usually inbetween
songs they'll say things like thank you for coming, or this song is
called whatever... that's what I mean when I say 'they speak in
English'.
